The community is built using WordPress MU so you may be able to find answers to a lot of your question on the WordPress.com forums.

The best way to get help is by posting your problem or question to the Technical Help Message Board (you will need to register). While I try to check in as often as possible, I can’t be there 24/7, so please be patient in waiting for an answer regarding your issue or concern.
